Took my truck to Dobbs in chesterfield first, for a warranty cv axle repair — they quoted over $6,000 for a bunch of other repairs i didn't need, and couldn't get warranty to cover anything. Towed it to Joe's for a second opinion. Dennis and the team inspected it thoroughly, got my warranty to approve the actual issue (CV axle), and recommend i do wheel hub as well. They were upfront, no upsells, no bs and I believe they really did their best to save me money and time. Even let me use there loaner for the day. Working with Dennis 1000x easier than working with Dobbs and was 5% of the cost. It was a true pleasure working with Dennis. Super honest and fair — saved me a huge headache and money! Highly recommend Joe's Garage! Thank you guys!

We brought in our Cadillac and they said it had two diagnostic indications. They tightened one and the other one they thought they fixed We picked it up and within 15 minutes the engine light was back on so now we have to take it back in next week for reeval. We will keep posted. I have confidence that this will be resolved and it will be fixed.

We've been taking our vehicles to Joe's Garage for MANY years & have been extremely satisfied with the service. They tell you up front what to expect as far as cost & also when to expect your vehicle to be ready. They're not going to try to sell you something you don't really need & you can trust them to care for your vehicle as if it were their own. As a female who knows nothing about cars, that means a lot. I have taken my car to Joe’s garage twice. This last time for a serpentine belt. Both times I knew the cost and amount of time needed before hand.
