Brian is the most honest and reasonably priced auto technician in the KC area. He has repaired and helped maintain several vehicles my Mom or I had issues with and every time we were given an honest estimate and the repair quality matched the price. How do I know? I almost made the mistake of not doing due diligence and instead opting for the quick easy fix which turned out to be neither quick nor easy. Instead of driving my vehicle to Bookers I chose to have it repaired where I was - hours away from the KC area. After being told my thermostat housing, water pump, and serpentine belt needed replacing - to the tune of $1800 I decided to call Booker's auto to run the estimate and repair items by an expert. Brian in no way bad mouthed the mechanic providing the estimate but suggested I seek

Really good, honest, local shop! Had a great experience there. I rushed in yesterday, with an unexpected issue with my F150, Brian took the time to listen, about what was going on with it. No appointment, yet he got me in and problem fixed same day! The price was very fair too! I was pleasantly suprised. I recently moved here from Colorado, and I'm so glad I found a good place for car repairs. A friend recommended this shop, since he's gone there for years with positive experiences. Brian is a champ! He's worked with me for so long and I couldn't ask for a better mechanic. Don't worry, Brian. I still know you like Diet Coke slushies and I will get you one After a long time, I got my car back. I brought her to a different mechanic to find out the wrong fuel pump was installed which explains why it would only suck up 10 gallons of my 19 gallon tank. Because of the fact it sat for a long time at the shop, it developed transmission issues which resulted me in trading in my Cadillac. I'm not saying Brian is a bad mechanic, but I would've appreciated if he told me that luxury type cars are a bit out of his range experience.
