Boomer's Performance & Offroad

I have had to take my vehicle to Boomers two different times and both times had great service. First time was after I had an accident and he did the work on the front end. 2nd time was when thermostats went out. Brian does a great job and is friendly and helpful (answered ALL my questions). He worked with my warranty company and handled the repairs in great time. Appreciate having someone I can trust!

Brian is so helpful. He picked the car up both times I needed work done. He called me to let me know what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I’m very grateful and satisfied with the quality of work that was performed.

Boomer’s left a great impression on us. Late Friday evening, our engine lights came on flickering, felt like engine power was fluctuating, and RPMs were dropping. I called Boomer’s and spoke with Brian about our issue and that I was worried about driving it longer and causing more damage. He was upfront about his availability over the weekend, so he arranged to come to the house on Monday and tow it to his shop. His price to diagnose my truck and work it, was reasonable. Brian swung by to pick it up, took pictures before and after getting it on the tow bed, and then back to his shop. Next day, I get an update that they’re working on it. Later same day, I get a call from Brian to let me know what he discovered and what my options were. I was also coming up on an oil change and Brian offer

They got my car fixed incredibly quickly, amazing communications. I was informed when it would be done and how much it would be without any surprises. Very upfront and friendly! Great pricing too. If you’re a woman looking for a good mechanic that wont slimeball you, honestly give this place a shot. It's definitely the best in the area.

Awesome customer service, knowledgeable and not pushy. I have a Jeep Wrangler which he is very knowledgeable with. He doesn't over charge or gets you to buy/change parts to make money and if he knows where to get something cheaper, he will point you that way. Definitely going to continue to use Brian for all of my vehicle needs/wants!
