O'Reilly Auto Parts

Mid-road trip had this warning light come on! Stopped by here and they checked it out, no charge. Fortunately a false alarm! Super friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!

I needed an new battery ASAP and it was coming a thunderstorm. The guys were so nice and accommodating! They had me drive over to the car wash next door so we would be out of the rain and changed my battery. Amazing customer service! A true friend of single moms!!

The Lonoke, Arkansas Orielys Auto Store is by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will never go to any other auto parts store except this one. These men look in computer system, in front and back area of store to find what you need. They are never in a rush to get you out. Before you leave they ask if you need assistance putting parts on, you don’t have to ask. It doesn’t matter if it’s 100 or 30 degrees outside they will help you install your parts !! I want to give a big shout out to KJ, Billy and Jay for always smiling and making me laugh. You truly have always been the ones who been there for me. Jaci

Had guy run scan on my vehicle, had a code come up while out of town, guy was very friendly and helpful. One of the reasons I buy my auto parts from O'Reilly.

Outstanding customer service! Fuel pump went out on our Suburban on our roadtrip through the area. They had one in stock and one of the guys gave us a ride back to our truck because the outside temperature was over 100. They made sure we got everything we needed while there. We can't thank these guys enough!
