Lonoke Splash Carwash

Washed my truck today and looks worse than it did when I got there. I just wanted to rinse off the dust, but now it has water spots everywhere. I have to go to another car wash just to get it clean.

They like to take money when shit don’t work and don’t give back refunds

As much as it cost to wash your vehicle they should fix the lights so you can see washing your vehicle at night. Also the area to pull in needs to be clean so you don't have to walk in trash and mud!! Tried splash again today and 2 of the 3 areas to wash your vehicle wouldn't even take your money. Also wash areas were very dirty!! Had to rinse area just to wash vehicle. Probably want be back. Went back early this morning 4 am and just 2 wash bays open. Got in the north bay and like usual mud all over the place. Took about $2.00 just to wash area so wouldn't be walking in mud. When started washing and got to foam brush more soap was coming out of top then coming out of brush. Sure is bad a nice place to go and place not taken care of. Only good thing was the lights were working.

I wanted to rinse my car off real quick before the ball games and didn’t have cash so I used my bank card and it charged my account $10.00 for a 1 1/2 minute rinse off

My husband came through tonight and paid $8 for a deluxe car wash and it told him to pull through and when he did, it said thank you come again. I'm not happy I've spent good money there and have never had this happen. I tried to call and the number is disconnected! Would just appreciate to get my money back, he works too hard to spend $8 for nothing would just like it be made right thank you!
