Great Service! Owner Operator that cares and can figure out the most complicated of issues with Bucket Trucks and Diggers. They have gotten us out of a pickle many times over the years. Tyler is as honest as they come.
Horrible customer service, They do not answer the phone ever. Tried scheduling service for two days. Left several messages & never got a call back. Would give 0 stars if possible. Edit- Their reply is false the first day I called maybe 3 times spread throughout the day and left a message and never received a call back. The second day I did call bunch trying different extensions because it seems to me they do not care enough about their business to answer the phone, or return a phone call. Even after the many calls and message the second day they did not call back until I left a negative review. Note- I am not speaking to their quality of work just the awful customer service. Hopefully they will do better in the future.
