We’ve been going to Jim for over 30 years, as well as our family and friends! We have trust in Jim to repair our cars and keep them safe! Jim is honest and always accommodating in our timeline to get inspections or problems addressed! Would highly recommend BoroLine

On the small number of occasions when I have had done work at this shop, it has been done well, and in a timely manner. HOWEVER, I recently called to have a potential end-of-life check done on my car, and I was told it would be done, I wouldn't be charged, and I authorized no further work. The specific check I requested was simply for someone to drive my car up the street, and let me know the origin of the noise it was making. *NO FURTHER WORK WAS AUTHORUZED.* I ended up being charged for both the check, and light replacements that I hadn't authorized, which totaled out to almost 200 dollars. This is behavior I'd expect from a shop being run out of someone's garage, and not an established shop where I've brought my car for service on multiple occasions. I am now almost 200 dollars further

Great waiting room they have as well you can take seat and wait for your car to be done ✅

Jim was amazing. I had my inspection done and everything felt so effortless. Plenty of communication and price was amazing. I have been going for a little bit now and I will not be changing mechanics anytime soon. Highly recommend.
