So I waited about a whole year to give Boss Auto a review. I bought a 2011 Hyundai Genesis R-Spec around September 2022. They sold me a great car. Amazing weekend car to drive. Had a little bit issues but nothing major I couldn’t fix myself. It was a quick experience and honest sell. I give them 4/5 stars. Only one problem I had is they were not negotiable with their prices. But overall a great dealership.

We flew from Maine to VA hoping to find a decent used car for our son. With a limited budget, but needing something reliable that would make the drive back to Maine we scoured the Norfolk area. We were disappointed in the high miles, dents and overall sun damaged autos until we found Boss Auto. We were able to get a 2011 BMW 328i with only 75k miles on it! The car was meticulously detailed. It even came with a limited warranty, something we hadn't found on others. After a short test drive a check engine light came on. Within a half hour, they had put it on the scan tool, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and had them replaced. It was two possible parts, but to be safe they replaced both of them. My son purchased a vehicle from this dirt lot dealership at the beginning of August and has been able to drive it safely 3 times - not for 3 days, THREE TIMES. She showed no willingness to negotiate or offer anything extra, which made the entire buying process feel very stressful and unpleasant.
