Bothell Way Garage

I have been using Bothell Way Garage a few times for the past two years. They are always reasonably priced and do an excellent job both in terms of repairs and also being communicative throughout the whole process giving you updates, explaining, and letting you choose the repairs you want done. After my truck broke down they were able to diagnose, repair, and have it all completed by the same business day which I am forever grateful for. I will definitely be a returning customer for any repairs I need in the future!

Jared and Team are an amazing group of professionals. Their genuine desire to make every customer happy, is very clear. Had an issue with a truck that needed to be towed and diagnosed. I wasn't sure how to approach this but Bothell Way Garage had the closest availability. Overall, I am very happy I found this shop. Jared on the phone was helpful and patient in explaining options I had and broke down costs and my numerous questions I had throughout the process. We ultimately did not go forward with the repairs due to it exceeding the value/age of the truck and would eventually sell it, but Jared was very understanding and patient. He gave us time to get the vehicle moved since it had to be re-towed out, which helped us immensely to find a solution and give back their lot space.
