Caliber Collision

I was in my first accident back in October. I contacted Caliber Collision as they were a referral from a coworker. Ana did a wonderful job walking me through the process and the helping navigate the insurance situation with the person who hit me. I was very worried about the amount of damage but Ana assured me everything could be fixed. My car went in for repairs and I was set up with a rental car at Enterprise nearby (they're also wonderful). About two weeks later, my car was ready to be picked up. All my questions were answered and the staff was very attentive. I even had a chance to meet the manager, JD. He really seemed to be invested in the work the shop does. The Caliber team was awesome. They cut down our quoted repair time by over a month by getting the manufacturer to send parts weeks ahead of schedule. This was really helpful because we had to pay for a rental out of pocket. Caliber heard about our situation, worked to get our parts quickly, and gave us some extra attention getting our repairs completed. Amazing work! We definitely would go back.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. It was a small-ish body work repair and they coordinated with my insurance company as well as the car rental agency. So easy. Can't say enough good things about this place.
