Bouchard & Sons Garage

Recently had some minor bodywork completed by Bouchard & Sons Garage. Our insurance had them on their "list" but more importantly I've had a chance to bring cars here a few times over decades. The staff is pleasant to work with, they are upfront about every detail, and the workmanship is great. They even gave me some insight into my car that they noticed with the bumper removed. Useful and appreciated! Also they did a great job washing and cleaning the car before pick-up, which I did not expect. Thank you!

I called to make an appointment to have them look at my car. I mentioned I wanted to use my insurance. The man on the phone asked me which company I use. I said progressive and proceeded to tell me I was wrong about my insurance payment options and he's worked with them for 20 years so he knows better. Then he refused to help me or even give me an estimate/appointment. I just got off the phone with progressive (again to double check) They said you're wrong. And refusing to help me because you don't know what you're talking about is awful customer service. You can choose a repair shop of your choice or receive a check for their estimated amount. You can choose your own mechanic. They will either pay out their own estimate(check)or work to pay your garage of choose minus the deductible. Or

After I shopped around for a place to bring my car after hitting a deer, I was so sad to hear people were 5-6 MONTHS out, when I called we were able to get parts ordered and my car on the book less than a month out! My car was done quickly, and professionally. I was so happy to pick it up washed, and even detailed inside. 100% recommend. High quality service, and with special attention to detail.

Filled a claim through my insurance (progressive). My insurance told me if the date did not work for drop off the shop would give me a call. I drove 2 hours in a snow storm and the guy was very unpleasant and said they get a ton of insurance claims that they ignore them. Would not recommend got with insurance and they are putting a note on the company stating that they ignore the insurance claims drop off date and repair schedule.
