Although very busy; they were willing to take a look at an issue with my car to see if was just a quick fix...turns out it was and had the car done in 5 minutes. This was done with the understanding that if it wasn't the "quick" issue it would have to wait to fit in their schedule and no guarantee was made ahead of time. Just the fact Priority was willing to take a look speaks volumes about their customer care. I'd would have given them 5 stars even if it had not been the minor issue.

I'm new to town and came by here for some service inquiries. Absolutely the best customer service I've EVER received from any shop PERIOD. Thank you so much, ill be back for sure and i highly recommend this place for anyone searching for honest mechanics.

I’ve loved Priority Auto and have recommend them in the past and appreciate the work that they do. However, I recently went in for a wheel bearing and they broke the backing plate while taking it out, told me they would compensate it, then the next day made me pay half. I was waiting for my car at this point and heard the tech ask if they could charge me. I waited a week from scheduling my appointment because I wanted to go specifically to Priority because I trusted them. Super disappointed with this experience

This shop has been my go to for 5ish years now. I respect Chris and his team as though they were family. They have always been very honest with me and EXTREMELY decent with me! They let me take my dog to the shop while I wait, and they explain what they are doing to my vehicle in detail. If you need an honest mechanic with decent rates; Priority Auto is definitely the place to go!

Fair prices, quick service, honest mechanics. It is hard to find a mechanic to trust, and I am so happy to have found Priority. I have been going for 6 years and have always been happy with the work completed.
