Boucher Auto Body Repair & Paint Center – Janesville

I had to have my hood redone on my 2018 Hyundai Tucson. The Operations Manager Scott and, Sophie at the front desk were amazing, They were so good at their jobs. They really made me feel comfortable. Then when I went to pick up my car I realized why I have been with Hyundai for so long. My car looked so amazing, I actually cried. If you need work done on your car I would highly recommend Hyundai Collision Center in Janesville. Thank yo guys, SO MUCH!

Took my Grand Cherokee in to have some rear-end damage repaired in November of last year. Physically speaking they did an amazing job, paint match looks awesome however, my blind spot monitor (which rolled in working) no longer works after completing the work. I have brought it back in several times. Still hasn't been fixed and have now been ghosted after being told they would reach back out to let me know their plan. They say they stand behind their work but in my experience that's an outright lie.

This past August, I hit a deer with our 2-yr old Jeep Grand Cherokee, and unfortunately, the vehicle sustained significant damage. I have purchased several vehicles from Boucher, so I felt comfortable having them do the work. The staff there was very friendly. Andy was excellent to work with; he was very thorough with the details of the repair and responsive with all communications. The vehicle paint is a metallic gray/charcoal, so I was concerned with how the old/new panels and components would match, but Boucher did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the repairs and would definitely recommend Boucher.

I have bought two new cars from them and had the service work done there on both. Most times I have always gotten great service. This time was a mess. I went in for a routine oil change and I was told that my car had worn tires. I asked if it was all of them? The mechanic had wrote down yes. One tire that was rated the worst is new. It only has 5,000 mi on it. The other tires have 16,000 mi. When I questioned it the service person went out and rechecked. She said my tires are fine I do not have to worry and there must have been some mistake. It wouldn't be so bad but there was three other people in the waiting room and I basically heard the same story for all of them. So yes I would question them before by all new tires
