I've scanned the reviews, and I've read the one star reviews. I definitely did not have a one star experience at this dealership. Mike Foster was an excellent salesman. Surprisingly honest, disclosing that I might not be able to take delivery of my Ford Escape, because they had to jump the battery prior to my arrival, in order to pull the vehicle up for me. It ended up NOT being an issue, but a "shady" salesman wouldn't have said anything!! He was even willing to send out a tech next day with a new battery, had there been a problem. Mike was very professional, and pretty much let the car do most of the talking! Which was nice, considering most used car salesman talk your ear off!! Needless to say, I bought the 2018 Ford Escape! Shane helped me find the the truck with all my wishlist wants, had the bed liner sprayed and running boards added, and with the help of Cory the finance package worked perfectly for us. The truck was used as a loaner so it had a few miles on it, but apon final inspection any slight flaws had disappeared and the truck shined to perfection.

I have been Purchasing autos from dealerships since the early 70s. Most of the time it has been a harrowing experience from overzealous Sales persons presenting financial information to you that didn’t make sense. At Boucher Hyundai in Waukesha it was totally the opposite. From Mark Wade to Tom Kemmer to Gregory Prince, my contact with them was relaxing and pleasant. I am pleased with the financial Aspect and The vehicles selected. Yes, I purchased one and leased another. Suffice it to say, I’ll be back! Thank you!

I had an oil change scheduled for 3:00pm. I had to call that day to let them know I was going to be 30 minutes late, and they were very accommodating. My day got away from me, and I did not get in there until 3:45, but they still took me in and got my truck taken care of quickly and efficiently. Great customer service!
