I don't appreciate getting questioned as to why I don't want my brand new tires rotated when there is less than 1,000 miles on them. I also don't like being questioned as to why I don't want my K&N air filter and cabin filter pulled out. They are cleanable permanent filters tha I don't want touched. Then I'm told that they are letting me know about some fluid flushes/replacement that I should be getting done but don't tell what they are or the cost to have it done. All this and still took an hour to do the oil and filter change. One of the reasons that I come here is so that I don't mess up the warranty on the truck. The last time that I had this done the service manager said that he was going to give me a free oil change the next time I came in. It never happened. Don't promise something

Called regarding a transmission problem with my 2024 Silverado. Described my problem, service rep took notes, and within a day the repair was made and I was back on the road. Truck was under warranty so no problem with cost, thankfully.

I had oil change and tire rotation while I waited. Very good service

I purchased my new vehicle here. Went in for a regular oil change and tire rotation. Was told no appointments available for 3-weeks. Time to find a different dealer.

My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired properly in a very timely fashion.
