I want to give a shout out to Alex. He shuttled me where I needed to go and made the ride fly by with great conversation and a friendly attitude. I could tell he genuinely cares about what he does and is always willing to step in wherever he’s needed. A solid, dependable presence and definitely someone who deserves recognition!

Nice dealership and a good service center. Mike is so helpful and accommodating. I have used this service multiple times with always great experience. They provide pickup and drop service as well.

WAY OVERPRICED! STAY AWAY. They gave me a quote on the cost then it came out to be over double that. When I compared the cost of the service with the average found online it was more than double the expected cost. When I asked why it was so high they said there was nothing they could do for me. On my bill it says they charge a minimum of $150/hour when your car is there and that doesn't account for any parts, tools, disposal, or other things. Be ready to pay an absorbent amount of money to have your car repaired here.

Windshield wiper on my Titan stoped working, passenger side, after a snow fall. I drove my truck here to have it looked at without an appointment. They pulled me in right away and fixed it within minutes. When I asked what I owed they said your good to go. Great service!

This place is a joke! Took my Nissan in to have serviced and put on diagnostic to find the issue! I had to call them back 24 hours later. I never got a call from them. Devon told me that they put it on diagnostics all that and came up with it. Needed a new transmission come to find out they never put it on the diagnostic. They just guessed and charge me 150 to do nothing. Told me I needed a 7,000 transmission! Taking it somewhere honest! Do not deal with this place if anything go to the Nissan dealer in west allis
