Edit: We had to go back the next day to get a pair of prescription sunglasses that we left in the car. The gentleman working in the office made me go with her so she didn’t slip and fall in the snow. A complete 180 from how we were treated the day before. If we had been treated with that kind of compassion on day one, this would have been a 5 star review. My pregnant wife’s car was towed here after she was in an accident. I came with her to help her get her belongings out of the car. The lady made me watch from the gate as she made multiple trips across the parking lot to clean out her car because it is their policy that only the owner can be on their property. I made it very clear that she was sore from the accident and pregnant. I have never had a tow yard not let me pull in to clean

some dispatcher guy answered phone an had attitude an was very unprofessional how his tone was when I called about getting my car out of a area it was stuck in .. Woudnt recommend this company if they allow someone to answer the phone like that .Should learn to be more considerate of people situations at some point y'all gotta answer to God on how y'all treat people

Waiting in line at Wendy’s. Two cars ahead of me. It’s lunch break from work. Time is ticking tick tock tick tock. Only two cars in front of me. Couldn’t wait any longer. Tried to get out of the line and didn’t see the big boulder. Next thing my truck was on top of it. Good news is Bowers towing showed up in 10 minutes, Tyler lifted up my vehicle we removed the boulder and vola. Minimum charged professionally handled. Very thankful. Missed lunch break thou

Spoke to 3 different employees while trying to navigate getting my car back after it was impounded, two were very helpful but the last man I spoke to, who also happened to be the one in the office when I got there, wasn’t very friendly and spent most of the time talking to me like I didn’t know what I was doing instead of listening. I wasn’t even able to ask the one question I needed an answer to because he was consistently talking over me and just trying to explain how my insurance works and that I should just let them handle it (that was not an option in this case because I was given an incorrect ticket). I would’ve been a much quicker customer to deal with if he had just let me tell him what I needed to know.
