Bowser budget lot

This was our first time here. My son was trying to purchase his first car. We’ve been to so many places and yes he was approved but this place was amazing with working with his finances and down payment and they did everything they could to get him approved. They are kind, they are patient, and they legit treated us like family here. Everyone was so kind! Jeff the manager really helped my son make his dream car workout! Thank you for all you did. Brandon was the one selling him the car and he was amazing to! I would recommend everyone to them!

I had a review up earlier and was threatened to take it down by the ownership and the GM of the Budget lot. They sold me a defective 2020 Volvo S60 Momentum. The hood had many issues and would not close. So I drove it to an Advance Auto Parts. While on the way there the hood blew open because it would not shut due to defective struts, rusted hood release cable, defective hood latch release and more. The dealer is claiming it is all my fault. How can it be the customer’s fault if the hood won’t close. The pre inspection is nonexistent. All these issues, the timing belt needs changed too. I was told that was covered under the bogus extended warranty. Even the windshield wipers are trash. The sell auction grade vehicles that don’t go through a thorough pre sale inspection. Coming to budget lot I spoke to jeff about needing a 3rd row suv to support my large family. During the time there Brandon helped keep my kiddos busy while handling paperwork which I appreciated so much showing he’s an understanding salesperson! Extremely impressed with the service and attention to our needs with the entire Bowser staff. Everyone we had contact with was an absolute pleasure to just talk to. No pressure, no games just good people doing the best job they could. I do have to give Velton and Jeff extra acknowledgement, they were fantastic to deal with and made our buying experience so much more. We were tied up later than the dealership was open and you know what they did? They stayed with us the entire time until we left the lot. It was more than an hour after they closed. That is something I will not forget.
