Their are good friendly people who try to help you all they can. I don't have a problem with them at all.

The last two times I’ve been to this dealership has been disheartening to say the least. Kathryn evidently has a problem with someone of color. The service at Boyd of Emporia is not what you pay for. I went there to get an oil change & also because a “shift to park” light keeps coming on. My car is under warranty for 36,000 miles from date of purchase or 3 years whichever comes first. I purchased my vehicle July 3, 2020. Today is December 26, 2022. I currently have 32,000 miles on my car. I was told my car was no longer under warranty in which it was. I waited almost an hour for a fax from the dealership I purchased my car at to get warranty information. Kathryn told me she had to wait for someone to get back from lunch to receive fax. Then in the same breath she initially gives me a fax

The service helped with a tire issue while we were in route from NYS to Fl. No waiting. Quick fix with no appointment. Very friendly.

Kathy and her team in service was 1st class. Great communication.
