Lady was very rude I presented 2 valid forms of id she claimed that she needed a scannable id to sell me tabbacco products I had forgotten my drivers license and presented a valid id and medical marijuana card neither are scannable Said had to be a scannable id I’m 29 There is button to press on screen for such a time but she said she didn’t feel comfortable presssing it that she wanted a scannable one People can vote with no id in some places Told her I would share my experience she said she didn’t care Talley was her name might be spelling it wrong

Gas station was good for years I know every employee because I frequented so much. They have a new policy that started a month ago when they scan I.d. for tobacco purchase. The clerks literally know the tobacco being purchased and they still scan I.d. everytime. Because management threatens their employees they can't read it they have to scan. By the way I'm 42 I watched 3 other people get denied their purchase from their new rule I will go to any other gas station in town to avoid this hassle.

What a dump, went in there around May 1st and it had three ponds in the parking lot.I asked the lady if they had water in their fuel and boy oh boy you think I lit a fire under her you know what.Typical Woodstock customer service garbage.They're related to Trio In McHenry last time going there too.Like she's going to pay for my repair to give reason for her attitude What garbage!!!

I just used the car wash from this place I paid $10 for the Ultra, I didn't get any soap and the air blower was not working?? I understand sometimes machines fail, but charging the same amount of money for less? It used to be my favorite gas station...

Price of gas: $2.27pg Paid: $20.00 Gallons received: 8.04 On their price board read carefully! It's says "with car wash" price was labeled at $2.27 per gallon but it's actually $2.47pg. If you stop at one of their pumps you can read something about their car wash saving you $0.20pg making it $2.47 if you don't buy their 10$ car wash. Nice deception.
