Alex and Whit installed a new tankless water heater and were kind, professional and informative. A job well done. Alex actually installed our furnace and a/c unit back in 2022. Love Woodstock heating and cooling and electric!!!!!! Thank you all so much!

Sam was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he thought the problem was. He was very polite and respectful of our home, and even though the issue did not repeat itself while he was here he stayed a little while longer just to make sure. We are very happy with the service call.

Excellent HVAC service. They've serviced both my furnace & a/c over the last several years. Their service technicians are very knowledgeable & communicate their findings in a way that is understandable to the average person. Pricing is reasonable & they really value working with the customer to help find the best solution for the customer's needs.

Woodstock was able to set me up the next day for a non-urgent situation with my furnace. Luis was personable, on time, and able to troubleshoot my situation without any difficulty. I was impressed with his overall knowledge of the system since he appeared to be somewhat young. It didn't take long for me to see that he knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to tell me what he was looking for and answered any other questions I had. I'm completely satisfied with the service. I'll have no hesitation in using this company further down the road should any other issue arise.

Friendly, polite and very informative. Returning customers or customers that recently had a complete HVAC install from WH like I did should maybe get a bit of a discount on maintenance checks. Just my two cents. Otherwise happy with the service and promptness of it.
