To the owner, this would have been five stars, but your coupon wasn't valid for my foreign car. I should have read the fine print. BUT, the manager and tech were great, friendly and helpful. If anyone reading this is bringing a coupon call ahead to make sure it's valid for your service, but regardless, the price was fair for the service given and the crew is great. I recommend this shop to anyone reading this. Good place.

Walked in a few days before and they were pretty busy. So I scheduled an oil change. Went back and was pleased with the service I received from Marks in Woodstock. For some reason or another the Manager gave me a discount. Really appreciate that and for you guys taking the time to perform a simple service. Yes I will be back for other services in the future!

Every step is made easy, from the appointment setting to paying the bill. No high pressure sales pitches, honest and polite technicians. I've recommended Marks to family and friends!

Jim at Mark’s Auto went above and beyond to help me fix my tire leak. They got me in right away and checked my whole car to make sure it was ready for winter for no charge. Such great service! Mark’s Auto is my new go to auto shop.
