Guys are always straightforward with what cost is gonna be. They're quick and they don't treat women like they're dumb when it comes to their cars. Will continue to use them for my minor needs and recommend my friends and family to them

They we're great! I went in and they asked what type of oil my car took and I had no idea so he gave me the different types and the prices for the oil change and said he'd let me know what type my car took. My car ended up taking the oil that was for the cheaper oil change and I appreciate him being honest and not trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. He could have quoted me the price for the higher oil change and I wouldn't have known any different.

The first time I went there I was a fan. The second time I went there they closed early and turned me away. If you close at 530 pm you take customers until 530 pm. You don't turn down an oil change at 5pm so you can "cleanup". The store hours aren't to indicate when you arrive to work or go home, they are for the customers to know what time frame they can frequent your business. If a customer sees that you close at 530 pm, they should be able to arrive anytime before then. Additionally as a business owner, if a line forms at your business at 529 pm, I would expect you to take every one of those customers. It's money in the bank and you probably sat around and did nothing for hours during the day so a quick 4 or 5 oil changes on the clock would help the business and not be a big d

Just flabbergasted from my last service, bought a used car so needed oil change... So my family and I have used them for few years but I plan to try another shop. Customer service is good except one is lil rude/arragant. Anyway. i got a 20 off coupon in the mail. seriously excited to save $. Now suspicious if my oil was even changed.( I did try to call but no response, music is to loud to hear me?) Showed dude my coupon, he didn't ask the usual grade so it ended up costing me the same price. Now here is my problem, I got no next service mileage sticker & my receipt is totally wrong about model, year, mileage, and VIN. Where did that information come from?
