They are very good to their customers , my car was gone and i only had a certain amount down i was scrambling and they came through and found my financing and car and did it all over the phone the buying process was so easy! Owner was very nice, came in to buy a truck and he gave me a couple options. He urged me to check out this Chevy truck, which I did end up buying from him. The next day I brought it into my work (I work at an oil change place) to do an oil change on the vehicle, and found MANY other problems than just a bunch of sludge build up in the engine from them not doing an oil change on the vehicle. The whole underside was completely rusted and had holes in the frame. Definitely not safe to drive at all with how bad it was. I called the owner immediately and he admitted to not doing any safety inspections on the vehicle before putting it out on the lot. He did end up giving me my original vehicle back and reimbursed me for the oil change which I greatly appreciated. Wonderful staff, just wouldn’t r
