Tire Tracks - Bradley

I was really concerned about my low air pressure with one of my tires. It was freezing outside and I didn't have a guage (or the will) to put air in my tires. I stopped into Tire Tracks and was prepared to wait for someone to check my tire pressure. The man at the counter was so very nice about having someone take care of it! I didn't have to wait. While someone was filling my tire with air, I went back in to pay. They said there was no charge. I didn't expect that. How nice. God Bless them! When I do need tires...guess where I'll go. ❤️

Went in yesterday for a tire pressure sensor that had gone out. Mike and the team were super helpful and pleasant to work with. They informed me that they would check all sensors at no charge and if one was truly out and couldn’t be reset, we would need to replace. Fair pricing and not a bad attitude in sight! Thanks again!

I love that I received a text message after dropping my car off, welcoming me to the Tire Tracks Bradley family! What a nice touch. Tire tracks took my car in the same day & thoroughly checked out my car. They went above & beyond. I received an itemized invoice afterwards and a picture printout showing the completed wheel alignment. Communication is excellent. Looks like I’ve found myself a new repair shop 😊. A+ company! I didn't feel disrespected or taken advantaged of as a single woman. Everything was explained with choices given and printed out, so that I could take my time making my decision. No pressure ... just honest, straight answers. I went home, made my decision and was able to get in the next afternoon. It took about 40 minutes to replace the 2 tires. I also received a Vehicle Condition Report via messaging with pictures documenting the things needing repaired. Highly recommened TIRE TRACKS!
