I had such a great experience getting my oil changed here with Alexus! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly without being pushy or trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the pricing was fair and transparent. It’s hard to find a place you can truly trust with your vehicle, and I left feeling confident that my car was well taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable auto care!

This is ONE of worst experiences I have ever had with a car shop. 1. The prices are ridiculous. 2. It took them a week to fix my car, only for me to get my car back and One of the two problems never got fixed. They then told me that I did not bring it in for said issue, but the paperwork showed that I did. My vehicle was still overheating so I took it back they had to fix something that they just fixed because it was under warranty and charged me $155 for the issue that was wrong the first time. Second time picking my vehicle up and it is still leaking fluid. They were very very rude and hung up on me when I was upset about spending $978 and my vehicle is still not fixed.i would not recommend them and definitely would look into the mechanics at the shop. Well my truck is quiet but what I wanted done wasn’t done, I paid for the parts but only got a bout a 12” peace of pipe, muffler, tailpipe, was supposed to and was priced for exhaust from front to back , got from door to back, but that’s what I get for not just doing of myself. Was really expensive for what I got, someone else will probably get charged for the rest of my parts , double dipping lol . They need more practice on lining up and welding.

I’ve had Bradley’s inspection two different vehicles and work on a third. They gave me all of the information I needed to make informed decisions in a way that was easy to understand and hold onto for when I was ready to get the work done. They replaced a ball joint, the power steering hose and radiator on my suv and I’m very happy with how it turned out. They even gave me a discount because they had to wait on parts which delayed the job. Their customer service has been top notch so overall I would definitely recommend them!

I’m so thankful (being a single woman) that I have found a very dependable and honest auto mechanic. I’ve moved back to Indiana after living in another state for 20+ years and all the previous businesses I frequented are no longer there. I had an issue with my defroster and wanted to have it looked at to see if it was a fuse or part needed. They got me right in, diagnosed the problem, had the part in stock and went ahead and fixed it on the spot. This is the only place that I’m going to even for an oil change. I believe in supporting local businesses!
