Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

It was my first time at Strickland Brothers and I had been a little skeptical since my experiences with quickie places haven't been great. I got in quickly, I was welcomed by Lora C who explained everything, she checked my car and even checked my tires. She explained everything before during and after. I didn't feel overwhelmed or like I was having a bunch of services and products thrown at me. She explained about the engine additive since it had been forever since this car had an oil change and was efficient. She didn't speed but took her time which I appreciated. I'll be back.

They were AMAZING. I love that I don’t have to even get out of my car and the two men that helped me were great and very helpful when I had questions. I will definitely be going back every time for an oil change there.

David and the women’s name I can’t remember were awesome. Took me and my car no questions. Gave clear instructions and were very helpful. Showing you and explaining every stop of the process. I’d take my sisters or any family members car to Strickland Brothers for a quick friendly oil change. Lil pricey but can’t complain from the experience I had.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, very hospitable, and pleasant to deal with. They did let me know that the oil change I was about to put in was not a good fit for my vehicle and I greatly appreciate it that. You have definitely made a lifelong customer here in Marion Indiana. I want to definitely applaud the technicians for caring about their job and the vehicles they deal with.
