I can’t say enough good things about Colonial Oaks Rehab. My Mom was brought here for physical therapy due to a knee injury. They are by far the nicest and cleanest rehab facility in Marion. They treated my Mom with kindness, compassion and respect her entire stay. She had a beautiful private room that even had a nice view from her window. I highly recommend Colonial Oaks. They go above and beyond the scope of patient care.

Colonial Oaks is located in Marion Indiana, and is rated the best in Grant County. It is a phenomenal environment to be around whether with your loved ones, other residents, or the staff. It’s a very family oriented facility, and the staff treat you like family the minute you walk in the door. I’ve had several family members at Colonial Oaks, and it will always be my go to facility for loved ones care. I know my loved ones are cared for properly and full heartedly at Colonial. Colonial Oaks Health And Rehabilitation Center is located in Marion, Indiana and sits on seven beautifully landscaped acres!! This facility offers so many amenities! As soon as I walked through the doors my eyes were captured from the beautiful giant tree inside to the gorgeous floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The atmosphere makes you feel like your at home, and that's a wonderful feeling! That is something Colonial Oaks strives for is making all their residents feel loved and at home! The staff is so kind caring and compassionate. They truly listen to the residents wants and needs. If you are looking for an outstanding nursing home to put your loved one in look no further because Colonial Oaks has a very high standard and a legacy of excellence!!

Colonial oaks is rated best in grant county. They have had outstanding infection control surveys. All the staff are great and always strive to go above and beyond to meet the needs of the residents. They have an outstanding nursing department, top notch therapy department, and great team work throughout the facility.
