I paid $500 to have the front brakes and pads replaced on my 2014 Camry—an amount that, in hindsight, was already extremely overpriced. If I had known better, I would have purchased the parts myself and gone elsewhere. However, the cost isn’t the main reason I’m leaving a one-star review. What pushed me to write this is the fact that this shop seems more focused on upselling their overpriced services than actually helping customers. I came in because my car’s stopping distance felt noticeably longer than usual. Naturally, you’d think a brake issue—so I explained the problem to them.
