Brake Check

I went into brake check needing my brakes and rotors serviced which caused some anxiety because I just KNEW my quoted price would be astronomical. I walked into this location and was immediately greeted by Michael with a warm smile and some reassurance that I would be taken care of properly and he’s a man of his word. He and the rest of the staff moved quickly pulling my car in and completing the job, which was fairly priced and done quickly. All in all 10/10!!!! I’ll most def be returning with my other car needs

First time here. Shop closes at 6 and I arrived at 5, parked, and walked inside the shop to a guy playing on his phone as if he didn’t want to help me. So I asked if they had time to do an oil change. He looks at the time and said yeah is that all you need? Ok fine buddy, let’s do it b/c I need to be somewhere. He quotes me the price and told me 20 mins. so I walked to grab something to eat. 20 mins later, I came back and the truck was parked out front of the shop and I noticed some damage. I brought it up to the guy and he said we didn’t do it, and it must have been there and I didn’t notice. Well I most definitely would have noticed considering I just washed the truck prior to coming get the oil change. Very affordable and fast. They took great care of me when other places wanted to charge an astronomical amount. I will definitely be back.

To be honest, I didn't like the service this last time. They sent me from one shop to another because the alignment machine wasn't working, and when I got to the second shop, they told me they couldn't do the work because my truck had damaged suspension parts. But when I asked for an explanation, they said they didn't have experience with my truck's suspension and told me I should find another shop.
