Brake city

My beautiful 1964 Willy’s lost its brakes as I was approaching an intersection. It’s a miracle I wasn’t killed. While waiting for a tow truck, I called Brake City and spoke with Nikki. I explained the situation with her and even though she was very busy she agreed to help me. The tow driver took my jeep there and Nikki was waiting. She went out of her way to find the necessary part which is not easy to do for an antique (61 years old) vehicle. This morning she called and advised they had fixed it and it was ready for pick up. I cannot begin to advise how happy I was. Brake City is family owned and 100% honest. Not many businesses left like this. I recommend these folks completely. And thank you Nikki!

First time I've ever gone to get a repair and they took my car in without having to wait an hour or two before the car went in. , even with an appointment. Very nice people and explained everything. that I could understand. My master cylinder was bad causing the brakes to be spongy and sometimes going to the floor before stopping. It was a good experience with the estimation given to for repair. Just very pleased with everything.

Brick City, replace two wheel cylinders. 2 brake lines. And a master cylinder. Well while I was driving, the brand new brake line that they installed. Had a bad fitting from the factory. So the brakes completely went out. They came to the house. Pick the car up. Took it back to the shop. And fix the car. Then they drove it back. They are awesome, very nice and helpful. They did a jam up job thank you.

A few weeks ago I was down in the Sebastian area visiting family and scoping out locations for my upcoming move south. Now I KNOW who will be my mechanic: Brake City. I had a check engine light come on and not knowing the area went to FOUR other places who were either closed or too busy to help. Brake City was also super busy BUT they manage their time and operations so well, and are so committed to providing good honest service, that they took a few minutes to determine easily that the "problem" was really just a matter of re-setting the computer after my recent oil change up north. Not only was I impressed by their operations, I was just left with a really good feeling about the area ... even their customers were friendly!
