Took my car for oil change and the manager came up with list of things i needed to fix. When I told him I am trading my car in next few months, he said it won't even last few months. I had change my engine air filter recently and he said at least change the filter which obviously was not needed to be change. Next day when I am driving, the car did not sound the same so I checked and found out they took the filter out and did not put a new one. Also left it unlatched. If I did not know my car better, I would have been driving for few months without noticing the missing filter, damaging the engine with Arizona's air, dust and debris. Then my car would have probably break down in next couple of months just like the manager had said. They did replace the filter for free after I complained but

I went to this repair shop in November 2024 to replace an oxygen sensor and was charged almost $400. Just over a year later, in December 2025, my check engine light came on again. I then found out that the *new* oxygen sensor they installed had already failed. When I called the shop, they coldly told me the warranty was only one year and had expired just one month earlier. No effort to help, no responsibility taken. Instead, they said I would have to pay another $160 just for a diagnostic fee if I wanted them to even look at the problem. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Clearly, they use cheap parts that barely last past the warranty period. All they care about is taking your money. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Greg was the absolute sweetest and helped me out so much. Was very communicative and honest about everything I needed to know about my car. 100% will stick here.

Tony really took care of me. I had my oil changed about 3 months ago at Valvoline, and the tech there said I only had a few thousand miles left on the brake pads. So, I brought it to Brake Masters to get them changed, and after the inspection, Tony came in and told me that the pads were actually in great condition to my surprise! So, rather than just doing the work that I had already assumed was going to be done, Tony showed a tremendous amount of integrity and saved me quite a bit of $$. I’d absolutely recommend anyone to Tony at Brake Masters. He’ll treat you the way you’d want a mechanic to treat you. With honesty and integrity!
