Being new in the area I didn't have a trusted auto mechanic. Someone referred me to the Bernalillo location and I could not have had a better experience. They were professional and courteous. The service they provided was far above and beyond what I hoped for. I will be back!

I came in to get my brakes done and I just want to express how incredibly grateful I am for Luis. He did an amazing job and was so thoughtful, patient, and caring throughout the entire process. As a woman, going into auto shops can sometimes feel nerve wracking because you never know if someone might take advantage, but Luis made me feel completely comfortable and respected. He thoroughly went over everything, answered my question, and gave me updates. It truly meant a lot and I appreciate his honesty and professionalism so much. Highly recommend coming in here.

Great communication from beginning to end with Asst. Mgr Luis Madrid. I was able to have the car towed in and approved the estimate online without having to go in until the replaced alternator installation were done.

Absolutely amazing experience here. My alternator went out while driving through on a work trip. I absolutely had to make it on time. On my tundra this is no easy fix. They fit me in and put 2 mechanics on the job. They stayed till close to make sure I could make it out of town that day. I don’t have enough kind words to stay for these guys.
