The service here was amazing. They fixed my car sooner than expected and they were very informative and professional.

I am so grateful that we happened to break-down in Bernalillo, NM and get towed to Jalisco's auto repair. Jalisco was amazing to us and gave us wonderful service. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get our specialty alternator repaired for our short bus. We had no where to go and he even offered to let us sleep inside his garage over night and offered us beers and friendship. He was a gracious and funny host and more than i could have ever hoped for from a mechanic. I am thankful for people like Jalisco in this world, a genuinely kind hearted person. The next time I am passing through the area, i will plan to stop for the night in Bernalillo and spend some more time Jalisco and his dog Tarzan. I had them replace my transmission a few months ago. Options were.. new transmission or used. I chose used ,knowing the risks associated with it. What I wasn't told was it wasn't the same transmission, and he had to cut the dive line to make it work. He didn't even service the trans itself. After dropping the pan , the original plastic plug was found. Meaning the pan was never opened from the factory. I don't have any paperwork, so I'm basically screwed. I kinda want to choke this guy.

We were so grateful for Jalisco Auto Repair. We are driving from Nashville Tennessee to Utah with our six children. After 2 chain stores (Firestone and Budget Brakes) brushed us off, Jalisco said, “bring it on over and we’ll run some tests”. We did… and he did. All tests pointed to bad gas (possible watered down gas). We were so grateful for his reassurance, advice and what to do next. Thank you Jalisco Auto Repair!

Jalisco has been soo honest with me in repairing my car to get back to tip top shape. I completely trust him and I recommend him because he doesn't keep my car for weeks like some mechanics. I got my car back in good running condition within 2 days. He is the best.
