I really liked how my windshield was sprayed where there were big bug smears, which is why I chose a wash today. I usually drive through two or three times to get the bugs off the windshield, because at the usual Mister(s) that I visit my windshield isn't EVER sprayed whenever there are bugs. Most of the Mister washes (in my opinion) spend A LOT of time on trucks and I have two titanium memberships and never get as much as a smile. Not today! I really appreciate the extra effort. Thank you
Most of the time I have to ask them to spray for bugs. I am on the road alot and I have a lots of bugs in the front. Depending on who is there will they take time to spray and get them off. This morning the gentleman took time and sprayed. I really do appreciate it. I have a membership and depending where I stop I sometimes get employees that don’t care. At times I feel like I pay too much for the service I get. Thank you I was happy this morning.
Nate was very helpful and understanding of my situation with my membership. Very professional and direct with me! I’ve been a member with mister car wash for more than 9 years and won’t choose any other car wash service! 10/10 in my books!
Always a great experience however, you need to create an option to have multiple cars on one account. I’ve considered taking my business elsewhere to be able to have a multi car plan.
I live on a dirt road and usually have some mud on my car and they always take the extra time to spray it off for me. Awesome service!
