Brake Masters #234

I had my vehicle serviced for the first time at Brake Masters #234 in Maricopa, AZ, and it was a great experience. They offered and honored a very nice discount and did not try to up sale me on anything. I spoke with several different members of staff and each one was very approachable, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend their services!

Break Master serviced our vehicle. I was told that it wouldn’t be completed until the following day. However they completed the work within the first day and I received my vehicle. They did a great job. They were very professional caring and respectful for any future work that needs to be done. Break Master is the way to go.

Due to an object on SR-347, I ended up with a hole in my gas tank — a very expensive fix. I worked with Jennifer and James while handling my insurance claim, and they were both incredibly helpful. Jennifer in particular was so supportive and kind. I was on the verge of tears a few times, and she reassured me, let me know about available coupons and payment plans just in case, and kept me updated throughout the process. I just want to say thank you for the compassion and customer service during such a stressful situation!

They tried to scam me. I took my SUV in just for a wheel alignment, which costs $130, and after waiting two hours, they told me they had to replace a lot of suspension parts and that it was leaking engine oil. They wanted to charge me $2,500 to fix it. I said no, that's too much money. It's been over 15 days since I took it in, and it hasn't leaked oil again. I think they spilled some of my oil to charge me for something that isn't broken, and the suspension parts are in good condition. (I think they wanted to take advantage of me because I have Texas plates; I live here, but they thought I had to fix it to get it back to my state.) They even offered me payment plans.

Great, service starting with a telephone call. Dropped off the car at 930am. Took care of my car brake rotors and completed the job before 5pm, thank you, Brake Master!
