Brake Masters

After being raked over the coal at a different tire shop- that starts a B and ends with an O - I had enough! Then I found Brake Masters on Brundage Ln. and I brought them the laundry list of repair that I had been given to me by the other shop, $2500.00 to be exact. After Brake Masters did their inspection they not only saved me from unnecessary repairs but made repairs to the things that were actually needed. I got everything done for over half the cost I had been quoted by the previous shop. Their warranty is great too. I only bring my vehicle to Brake Masters now - and they don’t try and take advantage of you because of your gender either! Can’t tell you how many times I’ve bad to bring a guy friend with me just so the mechanic wouldn’t over charge me or try and get me to do unnecessary

I bring both my Porsche and my Sentra here for general maintenance, oil changes, and brakes, and they always take great care of me. The staff is professional and friendly, and they never try to push unnecessary work. Prices are fair, service is quick, and they explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find a shop you can really trust, but these guys have been consistent every time. Whether it’s something simple like an oil change or more involved brake work, I know my cars are in good hands here. Highly recommend.

Decent customer service but don’t expect them to accurately gauge what’s wrong with your car after an inspection. About $400 for parts and another $400 for labor that didn’t even fix the issue they were diagnosing. Also, they take their time to do the inspection too so don’t expect quick work.

Showed up at 755am. Place opens at 8am. Second customer in line. Came in for an oil change. Something simple. Quoted for $90. Waited till 928am. Ended up paying $112. Almost 1.5 hrs for an oil change. Two other customers came and went and had their vehicles diagnosed. Not the fastest.

Was the only customer and was still there for 2 hours. Saw one employee working on my car while 4 other employees sat at a table and hung out right next to the window. Work got done but it was not a professional environment.
