Brake Masters

I read the reviews prior to coming to Brake Masters. Happy to report, the rave reviews about Sergio are true. I came in for brake service. My last visit at my dealership told a few months ago I'd soon need to get front brakes. After hearing a squeak upon braking, I took in my car. After a quick inspection, Sergio stated that from a safety perspective, I still had some time on my pads. There was a slight issue with a rotor so I opted for resurfacing & new pads. I was given a very fair price. The work was completed fairly timely. Overall, I had a great experience. The waiting area was loud but comfy & a jack was provided for phone charging (a huge plus!) Being new to the area, I believe I've found my new mechanic!

After almost being scammed by another repair shop that quoted me repairs costing more than the value of my car, Sima and his team stepped in and got the job done at a fair and reasonable price. Sima has always been kind and patient in explaining the details of each repair, which made a huge difference after my previous experience. As a student on a tight budget with an older car, I’m incredibly grateful to have found this place and plan to continue relying on them for as long as I can. I highly recommend giving this shop and their amazing technicians a try!

Sergio and mechanic inspected my brakes after I had pads replaced some place else. He explained and showed me the issue why my brakes were still squealing. He made an adjustment without charge. He wrote up the recommendation to fix squeak with my original mechanic. His recommendation worked too.. Sergio was kind and knowledgeable. I was able to come in without appointment and there was no wait with a clean shop that offered coffee.

I really enjoying coming here! I live across the street and have always used Brake Masters for any repairs. Their staff is kind, friendly, and honest. Highly recommend!

The team at Brake Masters was great! Super kind and although they were busy managed to intake my vehicle, get parts, and get it done before closing! I am very pleased, and would definitely recommend them
