Brake Parts Supply & Distribution

So I gave these guys my rear break calipers for an 86 mr2 and it took them 2 months to get back to me. Everytime I went to call ask ask they said they would get back to me (never did until I finally got them). When I did get them they looked good, all shiny and stuff. BUT they didn't complete the rear right caliper. The piston was sitting out of it a good cm, to the point where they wouldn't fit over the rotor. We tried compressing it to seat it in place but it wouldn't cause it wasn't all the way threaded. Now I'm not a break expert but I'm pretty sure when you do a rebuild your supposed to get them ready to go on the car. Luckily I have some friends that were able to get it fixed for me. Called them today to get brake shoes for my 1958 Ford C600. Was told they would have to order them and have them in a couple of days. I told them I did not live in Chico and was about 30 miles away. They said they would not order the shoes unless I drove over to Chico and paid in advance. When I got there I was told that they could not order the shoes and I would have to bring my old ones in and have them relined. The price the quoted for 4 rear shoes was 113.00 dollars. Wasted time and fuel for me. Said if I would come back with the old shoes they could reline them for a bout 45 dollars each. $180 !!!!!!!!!!!!! ??????? Far more than the quote for new. I won't ever go there again as I have many times in the past years. This kind of service sucks,,,,, Thanks,,,,, Update, Butte

Had shoes in stock for my (very) old car, and even did riveted lining for an old, band-style emergency brake. Also had wheel cylinders and master cylinder in stock for same car. They even were able to reline the emergency brake for an old car with a riveted lining. They were the only shop in the area with a master cylinder in stock for my wife's current car. Always had friendly service there.

I always forget about these niche supply stores. They were able to build me a custom length brake line for my motorcycle. Super helpful, and made sure they knew exactly what I needed and made sure I was satisfied with the result. Thanks!

They have more than brake parts, they have most every auto part you need at a very good price. They don't carry junk brands, not a single issue after 7 years using them professionally. Will keep going back.
