Hello Y'all, Brake zone offer complete auto care. They are easy to do business with. The owner and his staff believes in treating you right and providing exceptional services by keeping you informed, be respectful of your time and offering a clean work place. Good prices. I also like the location with restaurants and banking nearby.

First time at this shop today. I was highly impressed Shop organized, waiting area clean but most importantly these guys were down to earth, upfront on cost, decent prices. They even educated me on a couple things with my car. Not once did they try to push unwarranted service on me. Thank you guys, I’m looking forward to you taking care of my car service needs from now on. Check out The Brake Corner in Cordova, they do more than just brakes. I’m done with those big box car shops.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Brake Zone Car Care, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the team greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel like a valued customer. What really stood out was how attentive they were to every detail. They took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns about my vehicle and made sure to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Not only did they take the time to inspect every aspect of my car carefully, but they also walked me through the recommended services and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Super nice guys very knowledgeable. Were able to get me right in and taken care of- and my car needed some major TLC after years of neglecting it. Also I appreciated that when there were various options- they explained the pros and cons vs the cost of each option in a way that made deciding very easy.

I definitely do not recommend this shop the prices are way to high and can go even higher after the repairs are done without asking the customer beforehand. Took an auto to them for parts replacement and once getting the auto back something else was damaged and I had to pay for what they damaged to be repaired and still the problem was never solved. Unless your a cash cow and can afford to dump alot of cash and hope your auto comes back correctly repaired without other things messed up in the process I would certainly never go there.
