Jarrod and his team strive for excellence, and I appreciate the exemplary customer service I was extended from start to finish. After the free inspection, I was given a walk around to see for myself the condition of my braking system, along with a completely transparent breakdown of all options for repair. I observed their interactions with other patrons in the waiting room, and it was consistent with everything I had experienced. They will have my continued business for my other vehicle needs. I highly recommend!

So happy I stopped in today! Josh and his crew got me in quickly to look at my brakes and assured me everything was fine! Nice to go somewhere where there are honest people. Josh walked me outside to my care to show me I had plenty of brakepad left and that gave me the peace of mind I need before an upcoming trip. Best customer service I've had in town- ever!!

I’ve used this Brakes Plus a few times for oil changes and other routine work. They’re always timely, respectful, and well informed. I’ve never felt they were pushy either about recommended additional work. Definitely recommend!

Josh was great. He listened to everything I said and checked everything that I needed checked. I thought I needed a new battery, but he determined that I didn't, despite the fact that I was ready to pay for it. He walked me through everything and explained things as needed and quoted all prices up front. Great experience today and I will be back!

Service advisor Jarrod was very friendly and helpful. When speaking about my car, he was very straightforward and didn’t seem like he was trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. The waiting area was very comfortable too. This location gets an easy recommendation from me.
