While on vacation we had an issue with our RV tires, of course it was a Saturday right at closing. They welcomed us in, checked every tire for pressure and safety. Fixed the issue and we were back on our way. They did a wonderful job and did not rush us because it was closing time! Thank you all so very much! God Bless!

Amazing customer support and service. I blew a tire on my cross country move and the team at fat boys had my tire patched and out the door in less than 20 minutes at no cost. They went above and beyond for me when I was in a stressful situation. Got me back on the road ASAP. I wish I could remember the names of the two personnel that helped me because I am extremely grateful for their support. Highly recommend them to anyone in the local area.

Found this place while on a road trip cross country. Trailer had two bald tires. Changed with no issues, but the trailer had suspension issues that caused the new tires to grind against frame. Returned to shop within 30min. Manager Joe hooked us up. Took back one tire plus added the remaining tires. Got us back on the road without breaking our bank. We are not from the area, just passing through, but Joe took care of us. Thank you so much for your commitment to excellent service and for ensuring we were safe to continue on the road.

First time to ever do business with this company. Well … tried to do business with…… I called a day ahead of time looking for a specific tire. As I assumed, they needed to order it in. All my information was taken, confirmed which tire was ordered and I was given a window of the next day between noon and 2pm. Delivered my load in Cheyenne and showed up at 1pm. They forgot to order the tire!!!!!! Now I have 3 choices. Buy a $600 tire I do not want. Keep going on this tire “, risking a blowout and roadside service. Or make it back to my competent dealer in Oklahoma. 2 of those options cost me $$$$ because of this business’ incompetence.
