Absolutely outstanding experience – 5 stars isn’t enough! I brought in my skis to have bindings mounted and tuned, plus I needed my boots custom heat-molded. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. They took the time to ask detailed questions about my skiing style, ability, and where I normally ride so everything was dialed in perfectly. Communication was fantastic; they texted me updates with photos while they were working on my setup, which I really appreciated. The tech who mounted and tuned the skis clearly knows his craft inside-out (perfect DIN settings, flawless base grind and edges that feel razor-sharp). The boot fitting was next-level; after the heat-molding session my boots fit like they were made for my feet. No pressure

I love this bike store. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. They have a large selection of bikes to chose from, which is nice to see. The mechanics are outstanding and get it right the first time. I have worked with George for years and he stopped me parts all over the world. It’s good to see the small business is the same after so many years. They support the community and you can tell they love the town and the town loves them. Exceptional service. I brought my bicycle to the shop before noon. They replaced both tubes and tires at a reasonable price and called me to pick it up the same day. My old bike looks new again. They also corrected the chain and gears alignment. Highly recommend for bicycle services.

Inquired about a product online. Never got a response and they just simply took it down online instead of having the courtesy of simply letting me know it was out of stock. Wouldn’t trust their customer service, disappointing!
