Let’s be honest — no one wakes up excited to deal with car repairs. But my experience at Brakes Plus was surprisingly great from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and didn’t make me feel like I needed a minor in mechanical engineering to understand what was going on. They explained everything clearly, kept the conversation easy to follow, and managed to make the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable with their personable attitude and great sense of humor. SEP 10, 2025 Scheduled maintenance for my 2023 Nissan Frontier. My observations; - The website was intuitive and easy to schedule a next day appointment - Extremely clean waiting room and reception area - Friendly front desk staff, I was greeted promptly at the scheduled appointment time - I got the best coupon for my oil change, no haggling required. - The price was extremely competitive - I didn't get an up sell for unnecessary services. - My truck was ready for pickup 3 hrs earlier than expected. - Overall, a fantastic automotive service experience. I'll use Brakes Plus for future vehicle service needs.

I have been in twice now and if you want taken care of then Tim, Derek and Patrick are the men you need to see. My problem was diagnosed quickly and accurately. Everything was explained in advance as far as repairs and cost. The price stayed the same throughout the process which was something I was very happy with. All three men treated me fairly and respectfully and I could not have been happier with the experience.

Tim explained everything at a level that I could understand and provided multiple next step solutions for alignment issues that had been ongoing for multiple months. Customer service was great and I really appreciated the time he took to make me feel comfortable with the plan to fix the alignment. I would recommend him and his team!

Got my brake pads and rotors replaced. Liked the guys working there, helpful. They will order a lyft ride for you while your car is getting worked on, which helps a lot. Only reason why I’m giving 4 start instead of 5 is because once my car was done, I left the parking lot, pressed on my brake pad it made a weird sound, so I had to go back. Apparently some kind of piece was bend and they had to replace it, so I had to wait 2 more hours for them to fix it. Disappointing, because I had to go somewhere else and missed my appointment. If that didn’t happen or if I was offered something complimentary for my time then I would have giving another start.
