This community truly sets the standard for compassionate, quality care. The facility is always spotless, warm, and welcoming, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely care about every resident. The activities offered are engaging and thoughtfully planned, making each day enjoyable and meaningful for residents. A special shout-out to the director, Idonis, whose hands-on leadership and genuine concern for both residents and staff is obvious in everything he does. His involvement makes a real difference in the atmosphere and level of care here. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with respect, kindness, and dignity, I wholeheartedly recommend this community.

Facility is gorgeous. The sense of community you get from the residents just radiants from them. Faculty is wonderful and pleasant. Anyone looking for a loving and caring place for their love one, this is definitely the place.

This place is amazing! It’s very clean and a lot of activities are available to do! Susan Miller was also super helpful with helping us set my grandma up and make her feel comfortable! We are very thankful for her!!

Our family’s experience with Meadowview of Clive has been extremely disappointing. The Executive Director comes across as condescending, cold, and frankly disingenuous. The warm, inviting atmosphere shown during the tour is notrepresentative of the actual living environment once a resident moves in. After move-in, it became clear that my family member was treated more like a dollar sign than a person. Activities have been drastically reduced, and the quality of the food has noticeably declined in recent months. The “glitz and glamour” from the tour disappears quickly, and the day-to-day care does not match the promises made. We will be seeking alternative housing for my mother, as we can no longer trust Meadowview to provide the level of care and respect she deserves

My mom truly enjoys it here. The staff are so friendly and she loves the activities. It gives me peace of mind that she is so well taken care of.
