CarX Express Oil Service

I came by yesterday and had to wait for about 25 minutes before even being directed to sit in the waiting room. After another 15 mins the lady working told the car in front of me that it would be another 30-40 minutes before the correct oil would be delivered for his car. I decided to leave after that since I had already waited over 30 mins. I went back today and had a COMPLETELY different experience! Nathan greeted me immediately and Tony and him got to work on my car right away! They were super friendly, quick and informative! Not only getting my oil change done but checking tire pressure, wiper fluid, coolant etc and updating me on where my car is at with everything! I left in half the time I had waited without getting serviced the day before and am SO happy I came back! Will go out of

Huge shout out to all the guys that have quite literally taken care of me the last couple days . For starters I went for an express oil change . Promo service and done extremely quick I will absolutely be coming here from now on for my oil changes . Prompt service and very educational Staff . Second I got a free tire rotation with my oil change they didn’t have room for me that day so they booked me for today . So that brings us to today . Went in for my tire rotation and my tires were in need of replacement , I knew this but didn’t know it was that bad . Then I was informed of the Black Friday buy 3 get one and they could get me in TODAY . I got quite the great deal and the staff AGAIN was promo ! I will be coming back for future services for my jeep and I think everyone deserves lunch by

I have used these guys frequently over the last year and have been very satisfied with the service that I have received. Recently I needed to get a bulb in my tail light replaced that a competitor said they could not get to. I tried taking to another competitor and they were going to charge me $76 to put a bulb in and we’re going to make me wait a day to do it. I called CarX on 86th and they quoted me a much more reasonable price and got me in immediately. I will be going back for future services.

I have used them for both oil changes and car repair and they are great! The guys who man the front desk are superb and offer great customer service. Highly recommend.

I go out of my way to come to this CarX for my oil changes because of Richard’s customer service and the quality of work. It is hard to find the level of care he provides, and he is always looking out for me, telling me what services I might need (if any) later on down the line, or checking my tires for me and telling me when they need replaced. I trust Richard with my truck whole heartedly, and can’t recommend him or this CarX enough!
