Made appointments for both vehicles. They have been super busy today but still got both my vehicles out in minimal time. Service advisor Omar was very transparent and helpful. They did great work. I am a repeat customer and will continue to come back. Oh did I mention their price was 1/3 of what the dealership offered.

From the initial call to setting me up an appointment Juan provided exceptional service! He set up an appointment to accommodate my schedule as a night shift person! At my appointment the services I needed were provided without trying to sell me additional products and services that I did not need. Upfront conversations and no hidden fees. I had a fantastic experience getting my oil changed here! The guys in the shop were friendly, fast, and professional from start to finish. Juan especially went above and beyond—he explained everything clearly, made sure I understood what my car needed, and delivered top-notch service. The whole team works efficiently and with real care. Took my vehicle for an oil change on Saturday and thought everything was okay until I kept smelling what I thought was something wrong and it was. Whomever serviced my car did not replace the oil cap and so oil went everywhere funny thing it was just left in plain sight but was not checked. Now everything is covered with oil and I have to pay more for extra oil at an auto store to keep my car running until they hopefully will remedy this issue.

My visit to the ‘shop’ isn’t my favorite thing to do but the team at Brakes Plus made my visit a really good experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely go back to this store if I need to take my car to the ‘shop’. Great job to the team!
