Brakes Plus

We had a great experience at Brakes Plus(2150 village vista drive)! This past weekend we got new tires from Discount Tire down the street, and they recommended Brakes Plus for an alignment since they didn’t have the proper equipment. Brandon was amazing and was able to get us in just an hour after our scheduled tire appointment, which we really appreciated. Tyler was super quick and efficient with the alignment, and both Brandon and Tyler truly went above and beyond to help us out. We live up in Frederick and would absolutely make the drive down again for service because of them. 10 out of 10! highly recommend Brakes Plus, especially if you’re working with Brandon and Tyler! Wow! Everyone was so amazing! I first called in and talked to Kenzie, and she was SO helpful. When I came in I was met by Tyler, who again was SO helpful! It’s nice to finally have a shop I can trust and further recommend to all of my fellow friends!

Honest, Fast, Top-Notch Service. I worked with Tyler and he was exceptional! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to fit me in the same day I called. They diagnosed the issue with my car quickly and Tyler explained it in a way that made sense (as I have no automotive knowledge). He used no jargon and did not try to upsell me on anything.
