Shout out to one of the workers there! I forgot my wallet to purchase a funnel and a Powerade for my daughter. He came out with the funnel and Powerade and thanked me for my service as a first responder. Very kind! Love this place.
Store manager Eric went above and beyond to order me a taillight for my truck. He even put it in for me. Excellent customer service 👏
I am really glad O'Reilly has opened in Erie! When I visited, David and Shane helped me change my car's tail light. They were incredibly helpful and polite.
I went to the store knowing I needed to change my brake lights, but not knowing how to do it. The employee helped me change them and allowed us to get on our way.
