Kaizen Collision Center - Erie

This Kaizen Collision located in Erie,Colorado is top notch. From my first interaction with the receptionist Alexis to the the GM Bianca and the amazing staff in the back who worked on my car made it seamless and effortless for me. They helped me get a rental car set up, were in constant communication throughout the process and keeping me informed on the deadline of the cars finished date. I’ve never been somewhere where they cared this much not only about my car but me as the customer as well. I will 10/10 recommend this shop to anybody in need of repairs that wants to know that there taken care of. Thanks to the staff at this location for going above and beyond, I can’t thank y’all enough. You guys rock!!!!

I can’t thank Kaizen Collision Center enough for their support. Dealing with a totaled truck is incredibly stressful, but Nick went above and beyond to guide me through every step. His constant communication and genuine kindness made a difficult situation so much easier to handle—I’m truly grateful for his help!

All around horrible experience and work. The work was done half fast. Had to take it back because issues with he work and new damage they caused. The car was detailed and super clean when it went in and got ot back smelling horrible , burn marks, oily interior and dog hair which definitely shouldn't have been in there. And when I pointed it all out they just said it wasn't them and acting like I was making it all up. I would discourage anyone from going there.

I needed repair work done on my right front fender and they were quick and very professional throughout the process.
